1. Service description

Balondokya is a platform for booking and information on balloon tours and other tourism activities in the Cappadocia region. The company acts as an intermediary between tour operators and users.

2. Booking and payment

Bookings can be made via the Site or customer services.
Full payment or the specified deposit may be required to confirm a booking.
Prices include taxes unless otherwise stated; extra costs are the user’s responsibility.

3. Cancellation and refund

Weather: If flights are cancelled by the Civil Aviation Authority due to weather, we will offer an alternative date where possible or a full refund.
Customer cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours (or the time stated in the tour details) before the start time receive a full refund. Later cancellations may not be refunded.

4. Disclaimer

Balondokya endeavours to keep Site content accurate and up to date but is not liable for errors or omissions. Balondokya is not directly responsible for failures of third-party providers (hotels, transfers, balloon operators, etc.) but will assist in resolving issues.

5. Changes

Balondokya reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The current terms apply from the date they are published on the Site.
